He has in-depth experience in Finance, Technical Development, Programme & Project Management, Business Development and Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. He has considerable experience in Strategic Knowledge Management and Learning & Development supporting organisational change and growth through the continuous professional development of senior managers/leaders in both Multi-national and SME companies.
Professor Cashin’s fields of interests are in knowledge management and organisational development, action learning, entrepreneurship, technology management, lean and agile development processes in Start-ups and NPI. Entrepreneurial education.
