They primarily play their home games at the Gaddafi Stadium and secured their first championship title in the PSL 2019 season. The team is nominally based in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan, Pakistan.

The franchise was established in 2015 following the creation of the PSL by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Their official home ground is The Bugti Stadium. The team is captained by Rilee Rossouw, with Shane Watson serving as the head coach, Moin Khan as the team manager, and Abdul Razzaq as the assistant coach.
